House is composed as a linear and double faced, allowing maximum view to sea on one side and beautiful green garden on the other side. Ground floor made of glass makes surrounding landscape growing into and through the house. Top floor is more solid to be better protected against sun an to protect floor underneath.
This makes effect of flying house. Specific design elements are wooden moving and opening panels with pattern of palm leafs, which is also used as a protection against hurricane and makes effect of palm leaf shadow.
